Slow down. Revolution approaching!
This may be a simple sign in Spanish advocating the automobile speed limit... or it may be a sign of the end of days, forecasting the time when the 1 percent* has become ZERO! Either way, today's sloth is lovin' on it, and it doesn't look like he's gonna stop any time soon.
